Past Work Experience: Three years Systems Administrator NCMS where I oversee the day-to-day operation of the computer system which includes servers, computer network and users personal computers;  Nine years Systems Administrator for Wholesale Plumbing Supply where I did troubleshooting for any problems with the servers, PCs, printers, & network equipment - provided telephone or personal support for users -  evaluated and purchased computer equipment and software - setup & loaded software on PCs -  repaired & upgraded PCs - setup printers in AIX/UniVers & on the network using TCP/IP - trained new employees on SHIMS software and users after an upgrade - maintained user setup, menus, and security information - transfer files between UNIX & DOS.
